Products are shipped only within Japan.
Total purchase amount of 10,000 yen or more / Free shipping
Total purchase amount of 2,000 yen to 9,999 yen / Shipping fee 1,090 yen
Total purchase amount of 1 yen to 1,999 yen / Shipping fee 790 yen (for sizes that do not fit in mail-bin service)
(For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands, a shipping fee of 2,070 yen will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.)

Return Period
MUSUHI SWEETS:
Due to the nature of food products, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the product has been shipped for customer convenience. Please be aware of this in advance.
However, in the event of product defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of product arrival. After confirmation, we will arrange for returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
