About shipping

Products are shipped to within Japan only.

⚫︎ If your total purchase is 10,000 yen or more / Free shipping

⚫︎ If your total purchase is 2,000 yen to 9,999 yen / Shipping fee 1,090 yen 

　If your total purchase is 1 yen to 1,999 yen / Shipping fee 790 yen  (for items that cannot be sent by Nekopos/mail)

　(For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands, a shipping fee of 2,070 yen will be charged regardless of the amount.)

Depending on the product, delivery may take 2 to 6 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, from which you can check the delivery status.

Please note that it may take up to 2 business days after placing your order to receive the shipping notification email.
